Sheet metal specialists

Since the 1990s, we have built up our sheet metal machinery, and today we can confidently say that our equipment is among Finland’s most extensive and versatile when it comes to sheet metal working.

Our factory in Nummela has a dedicated sheet metal working unit. Among others, our equipment includes two Finn-Power Combi machines and two SG and one SB punching machine supported by the Night Train flexible manufacturing system (FMS). They are complemented by a Salvagnini punching machine. For large production volumes, we use a Pivatic production line that feeds sheet metal from a coil to minimise waste. We also have two forming lines with specialized tools. The above machines can handle sheets from 0.7 to 4 mm thick.

For thicker 6–15 mm sheets, we use two Bystronic fibre laser cutters, and for heavy 20–110 mm plates we have recently acquired a waterjet cutter.

Cut and punched sheets are processed by two automatic bending machines, three robotic bending cells, and several dozen manual bending machines.
